I’m kind of surprised I hadn’t already posted this recipe. It’s been my go-to cookie recipe for maybe a year? Does very well frozen for individual cookies as wanted.

Made for Christmas this year. It was a hit! May be better to make ahead next year… Note to self – learn about how slowing down proofing by refrigerating works.

This looks like a great Thanksgiving dessert… If I can remember, I’ll make it this year.
Crazy for Crust
Nice little from-scratch recipe for when the sweet-tooth strikes. In spite of what you might think – this is too much brownie for 1 person. It really takes 2. Also – 17 mins is not enough time, even if you like gooey brownies. 19 minimum.
Has this site just become an aggregator for BA and FW recipes? Sort of. Am I ashamed? Not one bit.
For dough only this very small amount of time, though it has to chill before its ready for use…

Honestly, the apple filling isn’t really too appealing to me. But the way she does the tart dough is really interesting. I’m treating this more like a technique video
